As phase of Nordstrom’s rising partnership with Harlem’s Style Row (HFR) thru their non-income ICON360, the retailer launched how the scholarship will proceed ICON360’s mission to provide monetary support to Black designers and vogue programs at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and reduction advance marginalized talent thru tutorial programming.
“As the Founder and CEO of Harlem’s Style Row, I do know firsthand the barriers in our industry. ICON360 is labored up to associate with Nordstrom to provide extra pathways for the next generation of Black designers and HBCU vogue college students,” Brandice Daniel, founder and CEO of Harlem’s Style Row and ICON360 mentioned.

Launched in 2007, HFR aimed to provide designers of color with the reputation they deserved in an industry that had historically skipped over them. Now, with over 15 years of skills, HFR has emerged as a number one company that builds connections between brands and designers of color within the style world.
Through its initiatives, HFR aids diverse vogue designers with save strategy, collaborations, original media engagement, experiential advertising and marketing, recruitment, and pipeline programs with significant brands and shops take care of Nordstrom.
Nordstrom has been partnered with NFW for years, joining the company at its annual Style Impart and Style Awards, Designer Tech Summit and Black Historical past Month Style Summit.
