Native nonprofits receive funding for textile recycling – Google

Location nonprofit partners Bridges of Hope and Salem West bought funding for his or her textile recycling challenge.

With a Neighborhood Impact grant from Sourcewell, a baler and other equipment became once purchased, enabling the organizations to learn from recycled items which would maybe be no longer appropriate for the sales ground.

The Mustard Seed and Frequent Goods thrift stores will buy and recycle textiles in unsellable situation, diverting more than an estimated 400,000 pounds of textile raze from landfills yearly.
